"Who's my little thief in the making? You are!" Sandalah kissed Jolene's round belly just below her navel.
"I think you're getting too attached," she warned the half-elf as she playfully flicked him in the forehead.
"To the kid? Hells yeah. To you? Never." He gave her a playful smirk as he shifted in bed to lay beside her.
Jolene's face grew serious, but she kept a soft smile on her lips. "You do realize that it's most likely not even yours, right? With the amount of customers I have, who's to know whose kid this is." She rubbed her bare stomach; caressing the child held within.
"Easy, if it comes out with adorably pointed ears, hair like the sunlight, and a face that must have been chiseled by the Virtues themselves; we know it's mine."
"Even if it is yours, it would only be a quarter Elven. It probably won't have pointed ears. And what if it has my lavender hair? Plus, as a baby, it definitely won't have chiseled cheek bones. What then? How would you know?"
"If the kid has a cute butt."
Jolene giggled as Sandy slid out of bed. He shook his bare behind at her and spanked it.
"You can't tell me this thing isn't a work of art that would be recognizable even in baby form," he joked.
"Naturally," she chuckled before throwing the blankets open for him. "Now get that gorgeous ass back in here to keep me warm."
Smoothing his hair out of his face, Sandy complied. He pulled Jolene close to him so their body heat could transfer between them. He then joined Jolene in rubbing her bloated belly. She grabbed his free hand and kissed his thumb.
"What if it's obvious that this isn't your child? I still think you shouldn't bother growing attached for no reason. Like I said, no one could know whose kid this is."
"But I do." He started to nibble on her neck and pressed himself against her. "It's your kid. Good enough for me. Like I said, kid is my little thief in the making. Already stole my heart."
"You're an idiot," Jolene grumbled. "I keep telling you to not bother getting attached. Warned you that I'm not going to get attached."
"Whose bed are you in?"
"Yours. So?"
"And you're laying naked beside me in my own bed, without getting paid, because you aren't attached?"
"I hate being alone."
"You aren't alone." He gently tapped on her stomach.
"That's not the same thing, and you know it."
"Baby can't keep you warm like I can?" Sandy brushed Jolene's hair behind her ear so he could nibble on it a little.
She arched her head back to make it easier for him to reach. She moaned back, "You're sick, you know that? Seducing a pregnant woman."
"Her fault. She seduced me first." He tilted her head further back so he could kiss her pouty lips.
"You still holding me accountable for something I did nearly three seasons ago?"
"Well, you haven't stopped. So... yes."
She giggled and rolled over so they were facing each other. She pulled his chin down to meet her lips again. She felt his smooth, slender body pressed against her bloated one, and it excited her. The fact that he still wanted her brought her as much joy as feeling that little person grow inside her. After last year, she feared she'd never be happy again. Never would she have imagined that she'd not only find happiness, but perhaps her greatest joy, within a Thieves Guild. In that moment, she decided that she never wanted to leave.

And then, the man with the big puffy hat walked in, and the pizza was gone! Mikey exclaimed, left hand waving wildly in the air as he made a face. The beam of the flashlight under his chin, lighting the sea-green skin a more brighter green while making his brilliant baby blue eyes look sunken in and evil. His cheeks, neck and mouth were bathed in the lights glow but his forehead and eyes were hidden by the shadows of the dark room. The little turtle looked around at his brothers excitedly, bouncing up and down on his pillow.
Raph blinked. That

How to name your characters
NAMING YOUR CHARACTERS
There are many problems that a writer can come across when selecting a name for a character, here I hope to deal with some of the major pitfalls, and hopefully give some useful tips
~ Unique and different names are not an excuse to ignore good characterisation. Would you take these characters seriously?
Randilynia McDanovich
Southern. D. Wattserfield
Floyd Picasso
Ise Speranza
Nine Purple
These are all names that I came up with off the top of my head or based on words about my desk. It is not difficult to come up with a new, unique name. But that doesnt instantly make your character interesting or

Plots and Plot Twists.
What is a plot? A plot is a series of sequential events that make up your story. Sure, anyone could have told you that. But, how to write one? How can you make something this simple extraordinary?
Plot is comprised of 3 different parts; beginning, middle and end. Think of it this way
this is how the problem started, this is how we fix it, and this is how we fixed it. Make sense? As long as you stick to this simple outline, it will be much easier for you to create your plot. Plots are also comprised of other parts; the exposition, rising a

**In an attempt to help improve my writing, my friend Ronoxym has given me a challenge to finish up the last quarter of 2016. I tend to write very lengthy stories, and so his challenge was for me to write a new flash-fiction or vignette (1000 words or less) every week. The stories are not allowed to relate to each other or continue off of each other. They are not allowed to include characters I've already created. They are not allowed to be fanfiction of any form. Let's see how well I do.**
A brief flash back to Jolene's past. She's a D&D character that I've been running for nearly two months now, and I'm obsessed. She's a prostitute that has taken up refuge in a Thieves Guild; learning a new trade while still practicing her old one. Since I did create a prostitute as a character, my Dungeon Master decided this past week that perhaps he should roll to see if she had ever gotten pregnant over her many years. This was one of the die results.
I'm just straight up breaking one of Ron's rules on this one: no already established characters. But, I haven't written a flash in over a week, so I figured it's better than nothing. Besides, this little short has been bouncing in my head for about three days now.
I'm planning on writing more about Jolene and her past loves as my National Novel Writing Month story this year, so if you enjoyed this and want more Jolene, keep your eyes open for that NaNo story in December (I'm waiting until I'm done before posting this time...)
